These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the software, website, and services provided by AMME LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of Services
AMME LLC provides software tools designed for project management, financial tracking, and customer relationship management.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate information
Maintain account security
Be responsible for all activities under your account
You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
3. Subscription & Payments
Certain features may require payment or a subscription.
Fees are billed as agreed at signup.
Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of data and content uploaded to the platform.
By using the Services, you grant AMME LLC a limited license to host, process, and display content solely to operate and improve the Services.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to all uploaded content.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Services for illegal or fraudulent purposes
Attempt unauthorized system access
Interfere with platform performance
Upload malicious software or harmful content
Reverse engineer or copy the software
6. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, design, and platform functionality are the intellectual property of AMME LLC and are protected by applicable laws.
No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these Terms.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain reliable service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may occasionally affect availability.
8. Cancellation Policy: A Customer has a 48-hour grace period for cancellation after initial payment. After 48 hours of initiating the account with payment, a non-refund policy is in effect. All cancellations must be made in writing via e-mails, and letters of cancellation must be sent to [email protected].
9. Refund Policy: No refunds are given after the 48-hour grace period has expired. Work commences immediately upon initial account activation. Note: Filing a transaction dispute or reversing a payment through your payment provider or your bank is a violation of these Payment Terms. Doing so may get your account temporarily or permanently disabled. Note: Once you have filed a dispute with your payment provider, the funds will be ineligible for a refund due to our obligations towards the payment provider.
10. Account Suspension and Renewal: If a client fails to pay their subscription or membership fee by the due date, the account will remain active during the initial grace period. After 5 days past due, a $50 late fee will automatically be applied in accordance with our billing terms and conditions.
Accounts that reach 8 days past due are subject to temporary suspension, at which time all associated services—including website access, maintenance, marketing services, and support—will become unavailable until payment is received.
To restore services, the client must settle the outstanding subscription or membership balance along with a $100 reconnection fee. Failure to renew services within a reasonable timeframe may result in the permanent removal of services, data, and account access.
AMME LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services for delinquent accounts at its sole discretion.
11. Collections: In the event that you owe any amount to AMME LLC under this Agreement, you shall be liable for all additional costs associated with the collection of the amount owed, including without limitation attorneys’ fees and expenses, costs of any arbitration or court proceeding, collection agency fees, and applicable interest. Your failure to fully pay the amounts owed will be a material breach of this agreement. By clicking the Terms and Conditions of this service, your IP address will be captured as a form of Digital Signature and you are acknowledging so. You are also agreeing to abide by these Terms of Service and agree that our Collections Department may contact you in order to make payment arrangements to collect a debt and bring the account current. You also agree that we may use all methods of communication when contacting you regarding accounts that are in a negative balance.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the platform or other users.
Users may discontinue use at any time.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMME LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMME LLC from claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
